This Refund Policy governs refunds related to plot booking under the Khatu Shyam Ji Residential Scheme.

Booking Amount Refund

• If an applicant’s name does not appear in the lucky draw allotment list, the ₹2,000 booking amount will be fully refunded.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within a reasonable time.

Non-Refundable Cases

• If the applicant is selected in the lucky draw but fails to complete registry within the stipulated time, the booking amount may be forfeited.
• No refund will be applicable after successful plot allotment and registry initiation.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are subject to verification of application and payment details.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway issues.
